On the menu this week is the Governments plans to deal with people who are caught with drugs for personal use for the first time. The plan to change the TV Licence Fee and its collection process over the next five years also gets a going over, the size of primary school classes is mentioned, the constitutionality or otherwise of our traffic laws and a survey that suggests that over 50s who go to mass regularly are happier than those who do not, all get a mention.
